Where a shareholder is unable to attend the AGM in person and wishes to use the AGM as an opportunity to put a question to the Company, they may submit their question by forwarding an email to AGM2023@icg.ie or by completing and submitting the form below . Submission of a question below will not preclude a shareholder from attending the meeting or asking a question at the meeting.
The shareholder should provide evidence of their shareholding together with their question.
Only those questions received by 5.00 PM on 8 May 2023 will be considered by the meeting chairman.
